Geoff Kabush’s new Ride!

Found this on cyclingnews.com, the new 2011 Rocky Mountain Element.
I cant believe Rocky did away with the 3D Link! Its been a standard since the old DH Race. The new bike looks pretty sweet though.

Check out the link below for more detailed pictures.

I had noticed from SeaOtter pics that he was on a new FS frame. His bike looks huge, surprised he is not givin in a going 29er actually. Nice.

Yeah they got rid of the 3D link and the ETS suspension design too. Kinda sad but I think it’ll be ok in the long run…if this bike reviews well and the SmoothLink suspension works as well as the Horst Link that I’m riding now (Titus Racer-X) I think this bike may have to be added to the stable in a few years!
Jonny your Altitude has the smoothlink on it already right? I guess RMB is switching their trail/XC bikes over to it.

and at 21 lbs for a large frame full suspension bike! yikes! (mind you he probably had it set up as 1×9 when they weighed it)

this suspension is based on the original ETS design…so think of it as an evolution of their suspension design direction.
