Back 40 Bike Race

Thanks to all those who came out today and enjoyed the Back 40. Beautiful weather today and the trails were is very good condition. Here are the 2010 Back 40 Results.

Big thanks again to all the volunteers. The crew who maintain the trails and the MANY hours of trail work this year and mowing in the last week, to all those who helped mark the course yesterday, all who helped with food and the sponsors who allow us to offer much more than we could without them. The lake side trail is a challenging 16km loop that includes amazing views of the lake, FAST flowing single track, creek crossings, some short bridges and a tour of the “BACK 40″ (with a couple miles of gravel roads).   Check out the course map here >

Anyone can race

This race is always open to anyone who is a competent mountain bike rider. Thanks to our sponsors, there is day insurance so anyone can race.

All racers at the 2010 got a custom Back 40 number plate
